A 42000RF passive reactor should translate to a little less than that in steam per tick. Like for the Reactor, the Turbine comes in two variants: Basic (your starter one) and Reinforced (the extreme one!) The Reactor can now be configured to work in Active Cooling mode by adding in a few Fluids. A straight (passive) reactor can produce more RF/t, but burns. The controller will detect reactors with a potential steam output greater than 50 B/t and limit its energy accordingly.
